How it works:
Package 2 focuses on activating high-potential employees, one at a time, so that they may effectively and rationally make the toughest decisions—and collectively serve as enterprise contributors at your organization. Business leaders who sign up for this package will be able to adopt solutions to the following questions:
- How can we evaluate how employees react in a real-time stressful situation?
- What skills do employees need to improve in order to perform optimally?
- Why are stress-management skills important to the business?
Participants first start with our pre-assessment intelligence report. Based on the intelligence gathered, we develop a customized reactionary exercise for each participant that is based on his or her daily routine.
Throughout the exercise, participants learn more about themselves and their current stress-management skills by negotiating and problem-solving their way through complex scenarios—while working on their own and against time constraints. Participants leave with greater self-knowledge, situational awareness, and decision-making skills, empowering them to overcome adversity and enabling them to boost their productivity on the job.
During Package 2, we introduce a new concept, the Performance Above Replacement (PAR), to assess the value of your employees. Similar to baseball sabermetrics that use the Wins Above Replacement (WAR) model, we leverage data gathered before and during our event to determine specific individual returns for your company. We then compare these numbers with our sample database using the individual employee assessment as the dependent variable in our Total Warrior Intelligence model to determine how valuable your employee is to your company in terms of performance and potential.
At the conclusion of the exercise, Mission 6 Zero instructors will provide comprehensive feedback on the individual’s performance and a path to improve at work, while increasing happiness at home.
