HOW IT WORKS
Improve C-suite performance through MISSION FIRST. To begin your custom training, a Mission 6 Zero instructor will contextualize the day's event with by a vignette from one of our highly decorated Special Forces operators to contextualize the training’s value in combat and the board room.
Next, you get to work in a hands-on team-building exercise in which participants are given a specific duty title and responsibility and tasked to execute one of six critical missions.
In this exercise, efficiency is key. Time is at a minimum, especially as participants must process mass information and reconcile sometimes-conflicting goals. To overcome these challenges, operate as one cohesive business unit, and complete each mission, participants are taught specific skills and methodologies, including:
Self Awareness
Time Management
Communication
After completing the mission, teams are taught the after-action review process and must report back findings to the Mission 6 Zero instructor. The training will conclude with a summary of the day's learning objectives, and the instructors will explain how they used collaborative execution and focused teamwork during their own personal combat experiences.

COMMUNICATE OR DIE!
Improving performance through MISSION FIRST
Time is critical as the detachment is required to process mass information in a short amount of time. Operators are assessed on their ability to manage information overload while the detachment battles the overwhelming challenges of group dynamics, task management, threat assessment, communication, decision making, situational awareness, and leadership.
During the exercise, operators are taught specific skills and methodologies to overcome these challenges and operate as one cohesive unit– skills that they will take back to the office to improve production and maximize profits! Each operator on your detachment has an individual role and responsibility which ultimately effects the collective mission of the detachment. Each detachment is competing against every other detachment in order to complete the mission first and report their results. Detachments are taught the after action review process and required to debrief the entire unit (all detachments) at the end of the mission. At that point, detachments are racked and stacked from best to worst and then recognized and rewarded for their performance.
Finally, our Special Forces consultants will summarize the day’s learning objectives and then explain how they used collaborative execution and focused teamwork in THAT VERY SAME MISSION during their personal combat experiences.
