Intangibles Assessment
PACKAGE 2: ASSESS
DEFINING INTANGIBLES
General Managers, Athletic Directors, and Head Coaches often make decisions with millions of dollars and dozens of jobs hanging in the balance based on a gut feeling and a set of abstract criteria for which there is no empirical data.
You can measure a person’s height, weight, and 40 yard dash time. You can measure how many times that person can bench press 225 lbs. or how high they can jump….. but, how do you measure a person’s heart?
WHY MISSION6ZER0
Mission 6 Zero provides a way to measure those intangibles. Mission 6 Zero is offering hard data that can help narrow your selection process, supplement your interview process, and know who you have on the team.
Utilizing the special skillset of retired CIA and FBI operatives in conjunction with US Special Forces combat experience and proven scientific theory from our Human Performance PhDs, Mission 6 Zero empowers you to unlock a player’s potential, from the inside out.
Can the Head Coach coach in all the necessary directions – towards his players, his assistants, his bosses, the refs and the coaches on the other sideline as well as the media and fans?
PACKAGE DETAILS
GIVING YOU A COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE
Package 2 starts out with pre-assessment intelligence report completed by both coaches and selected players. Once compiled, the Mission 6 Zero team conducts a comprehensive background evaluation on each selected player or coach. Based on our intelligence gathered, we develop a customized reactionary exercise for each selected player or coach specifically designed to provide each individual ‘epiphany’ moments.
SOLO MISSION
Once our course of action is developed, we submit our plan to you for your approval and final commander’s guidance. At an undisclosed time, we return to your organization and begin our Package 2 Intangibles assessment. Package 2 is specifically designed for an individual, there is no outside assistance or influence. Along the way, participants learn more about themselves then they ever have up to that point in their lives. Participants must negotiate and problem solve their way through multi-faceted scenarios while operating solo and under intense emotional stress. Participants leave with expanded self-knowledge while learning about situational awareness, decision making, vulnerability, self-regulation, and overcoming adversity.
WHO HAS THE "IT" FACTOR?
During Package 2, we introduce a new concept, the Performance Above Replacement (PAR), to assess the value of your players. Similar to baseball sabermetrics that use the Wins Above Replacement (WAR) model, we leverage data gathered before and during our event to determine specific individual returns for your organization. We then compare these numbers with our sample database using the individual player assessment as the dependent variable in our Total Warrior Intelligence model to determine how valuable each player is to your organization in terms of their performance and potential.
The Mission 6 Zero team has conducted extensive research on each professional athletic organization that we work with to ensure that there are no Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) rules broken. We do not adminster any pscyhological or personality tests. We provide an individual Performance Above Replacement (PAR) assessment that identifies and defines individual intangible attributes. We provide this assessment to both the player and the organization in the form of our proprietary "Pulse of the Team" report.
Package 2 provides two location options: Home (Urban environment) or Away (Rural Environment). Although a highly intense and emotionally exhausting event, Package 2 can be applied to men and women of any physical ability. At the conclusion of the event, Mission 6 Zero instructors provide you comprehensive feedback on your performance and how you can improve. There are no holds barred as we provide blunt assessments on who you are and how you performed (so what?). At conclusion, our team then empowers you to improve yourself and your operating environment (now what?)
"A #Bengals player tells me 55/24 behavior unchecked all year, he knew they would lose close game because guys blow it emotionally/situationally."

"The worst ending ever. I mean...you've got to control your emotions in that situation."
- Andrew Whitworth, on teammates Vontaze Burfict and Adam Jones' action at the end of the 2016 wild card loss to Pittsburgh

FOR EVERY VICTORY GAINED YOU WILL ALSO SUFFER A DEFEAT. IF YOU KNOW
NEITHER THE ENEMY NOR YOURSELF, YOU WILL SUCCUMB IN EVERY BATTLE.”
