Casey Van Camp
Casey C. Van Camp believes that properly trained, knowledgeable, and developed individuals can lead their organization to greatness. This greatness can be obtained with an individual’s focus to improve themselves, others, and the organization. From executives to the person walking in the door on their first day, each person can be better if they work to improve themselves.
After graduating from Utah State University with a Bachelor’s in Management and Human Resources, Casey returned to the Washington, D.C. area to begin working in and around the Federal Government. Over the last 10 years Casey has been integral in developing and implementing Human Capital, staffing, training, and development plans for multiple organizations; including the ODNI, CIA, NRO, ADMA, HUD, and USDA/FSA. Casey has lead task forces made up of various governmental bodies to identify and streamline processes, security concerns, and organization development plans. His efforts have earned him multiple awards and recognition from Agency Directors, Associate Directors, and Chiefs. His greatest achievements have been the development and implementation of programs designed to improve leadership skills and organizational efficiencies.
While working for the Federal Government, Casey was certified in Leadership Development from the University of Virginia, has been certified as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and earned his Masters’ in Human Resources, Staffing, Training, and Development from The Pennsylvania State University. He currently lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and daughter where he likes to read, write, and compete in obstacle course races.
